Background: Social factors affect women that may increase or decrease the risk of developing prenatal mental illness. These factors include poverty, lack of social support, gender and health of the child, quality of the relationship and exposure to traumatic experiences such as intimate partner violence, which are just a few of these factors AIMS: To assess pregnant women’s social factors associated with childbirth satisfaction at Al-Haboubi Hospital in Nasiriyah city, also explore its effect on women’ childbirth satisfaction, and to determine the relationship between pregnant women's social factors associated with childbirth and sociodemographic and reproductive data.
