    Analyzing the Correlation of Static Balance Scores and Functional Movement Screening of Professional Female Wrestlers

    The concept of balance is of sizable significance in various sports, predominantly wrestling, that demand effort and close contact. Any struggle in keeping the balance because of the movements requires high concentration through competitions and may increase injury jeopardy. This study examines the association between Functional Movement Screening Test Scores and static balance performance scores of elite young female wrestlers. Nineteen elite female wrestlers with an average age of 22.94 ± 2.67 years, body weight 61.63 ± 7.25 kg, height 165.37 ± 5.17 cm, and BMI 22.46 ± 1.60kg / m2 engaged in the investigation.
